In my case, address 1, D800, must be used, whereas your modem uses
address 2, BC00, instead of address 1, B800. Perhaps, it is worth
trying B800 for FMD.SYS with its line placed before the one for
LTMDMOS2.SYS, as suggested above.
Does LT_MON.EXE accept any parameters or does it show only the
currently assigned port, address and irq for your modem?

Yes, but as stated earlier, I am not using it at the moment.
However, I will switch to it over the weekend to confirm that nothing
untoward has happened. I will let you know if any problem has
appeared. At the same time, I could try your driver and utility if you
wish.
