I would assume that this occurs on a BBS. Have they tried other BBS's with the same result? Mine would only occur after connecting to one particular BBS and to its 9600 modem. I was told that this was a result of an incorrect setting on the BBS and not the modem itself. If it only happens on one BBS this could be the answer. Regards John ...
