SATA II means all or nothing. My guess is you are talking about SATA
with 3Gb/s (which is one of the new features in the SATA II standard).
PCI or PCI-X: Promise SATA300 TX2plus
PCIe : JMicron JMB363 based products
There are more choices if you don't ask for PATA ports. Have a look at
the attached list.

Go with the latter. DaniATAPI isn't yet capable of dealing with MMIO
which many of the SATA or SATA+PATA controllers use.
