 IL> Program: DLS Daylight Savings Time
 IL> File:    DLS.PAS
 IL> Purpose: updates clock when time changes
 IL> Syntax: first time use: DLS s
 IL> Every other time: DLS
 IL> Intended use: run in autoexec.bat, but you can run it anywhere you
 IL> like.
 IL> The algorithm is: add an hour to the clock between 1st Sunday of April
 IL> and last Sunday of October, otherwise subtract an
 IL> hour. To ensure no change is made repeatedly, the EXE
 IL> file date is updated to show when the last change was
 IL> made. The parameter "s" sets the file date and makes
 IL> no time changes, so DLS is properly updated to know
 IL> not to make a clock change at the wrong time. Source code:
   This doesn't appear to handle Arizona (which doesn't ever use DLS)
nor the area In Indiana (which also doesn't change). A program to
set/change for the general changes should accommodate these special
cases, don't you think?  8<}}
