 I'm looking for a copy (either scanned/e-mailed, or US Mail) of an
 article that ran in Railroad/Railfan, about 15 years ago.
 I'm looking for the article (with the pictures) on the Western
 Pacific's  3rd subdivision. The article ran about 10-15 years ago.
 I'm in the process of designing/building a n-gauge layout that is being
 built around the WP's 3rd subdivision.
 If you know where I can get a copy of the article (with pictures)
 PLEASE write back.
