1/2 c Coconut milk~
OR
1 ts Coconut extract~
1 tb Malt syrup or white sugar
1 tb Vegetable oil
3/4 ts Salt
2 3/4 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast
3/8 c Dried pineapple, cut into
Pea-sized pieces, at beep*
1/2 c Dried coconut, shredded or
Flaked, at beep*

1/2 c Water
5/8 c Coconut milk~~
OR
1 ts Cocnut extract~~
2 tb Malt syrup or white sugar
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 ts Vegetable oil
1 ts Salt
3 1/3 c Bread flour
2 ts Active dry yeast
1/2 c Dried pineapple, cut into
Pea-sized pieces, at beep*
5/8 c Dried coconut, shredded or
Flaked, at beep*
*Or five minutes before the end of the kneading phase, or work into
dough.
~Liquid should total 3/4 cup.
~~Liquid should total 1 1/8 cups.
Dried pineapple alone or combined with coconut is a unique
combination. If available, use part coconut milk for the liquid. If
not, use all water in the same amount and add 1 tsp. coconut extract.
