Why not just write a new door from the ground up?  It's not that hard to do.
You can even use Free Pascal to generate native Win32 binaries and can still
use existing source code resources. (Lots of gems in SWAG about doors).

I'd be happy to offer assistance to anyone that wanted to pursue this.
