yup, agreed. i have good backup and recently came upon some interesting
info. regarding saving mirror /parn to a:, supposedly you can delete
your primary partition, re-fdisk, unformat nad recover all data while
overwritting the boot sector. i'll probably do this on my second physical
drive before doing a new backup. i know i've done something similar
with Linux and fips, so it wouldn't surprise me if it works. clever
coding is rather easier for me to understand for some reason than you
might expect, i have some C and always went for the sharpest code i could
rather than something, 'out of the book'. thanx for the info. best regards.
