You and I would consider this a necessity, however, it could truthfully
be argued as a luxury. Possibly by the time the person gained access to
the cell phone, the mugging or rape would have already happened. Thus
the unit was of no value. Thus it would be a luxury. It would be nice if
the phone came through in tough times, but it will not always. People
can survive without the cell phones and have from the beginning of time.
This makes them a luxury.
