Gee, if you can't agree on something as mundane as filing, how will
you able to cope with anything as husband and wife? ;)
The system that should prevail depends on who needs to access it,
and the type of information.
Personally, I use both types. I keep any samples that I need to
show clients close-at-hand in a binder.
Everything else where I need to put things in and take things out
is kept in files.
