 Better to think ahead and not be tried.  I'm not disputing the truth of the  
adage, but I also believe in giving myself a break in the event that that 
sort of action becomes nessesary. "Sieve" comments may eventually be 
expensive/embarassing.
 Whatever. Say/type what ya' want, don't matter to me. I'll never be a part 
of your, or his, jury, nor will I profit in any way from the (no- doubt) 
lengthy trial.
