Scott, I,ve got that modem and I,ve had few problems. I did have one, I
can't remember what, and the Dynalink people were very helpful. If you do
install it make sure you install WFXCOM.DRV in your System Directory and
adjust your system.ini file to.. 


comm.drv=wfxcomm.drv   in the [boot] section.
