While Fido has not yet fully recovered from the summer doldrums...
During the last few weeks there have been several major NEC level and
link crashes. During this period some mail has been hung up for a few
days, or simply trashed.  If you notice the links to zones 2 and 3 have
been somewhat erratic causing the international echo's to suffer bursts.
