Hey Lee, I bought another guitar.  It's a Korean made Fender Gemini II 
acoustic with a pickup and volume/tone knobs.  It's in perfect shape with 
stap and case, $150.00 CDN.  That would be about $90.00 US.  It sounds ok, 
not great.  I think I can sell it for more than I paid if I try, or better 
yet trade it up for something else.  We'll see if I actually use it.
