Uh huh.  I beat someone to death in a US street and I get a lethal
injection.  I do it in Iraq and I get three months jail with time off for
good behaviour and the detention period before trial taken into account -
so I walk free.

What are the Iraqis (and the rest of the Muslim world) supposed to think?
