Sorry to have to disappoint you, but you aren't going to find
conventional animation cels for The Lion King because they didn't use
any.
Modern digital technology now permits Disney to go directly from the
clean-up animation to computer for what used to be called "ink and
paint". Colors and some effects are added electronically and output
directly to film.
While those B&W cels may some day come available, and while Disney has
been producing hand-painted "sericels" based on seriographs made from
those clean-up cels, these are NOT "original cels" that were used in
filming.
First the Mine Train Through Nature's Wonderland, now colored cels; what
will the future take from us next?
