Kent, I have a 14.4 PC that has the RPI chip, but if the you read
the fine print, you will discover that it only supports it, and
doesn't actually have it.
I have all kinds of trouble when I try to use the MNP feature to
download.  Of course the manual says that V.42 can't use MNP, but
LAPM protocol.
