    In theory yes.  But the problem is getting it to the Masses.
    If you can do something like AOL and send out CDs to every
    home in the country the BBS world has a chance.  But otherwise
    stores just don't support BBSes anymore with BBS lists and
    programs like the above.  So that leaves the internet and
    you gotta be on big sites to get the masses...
