Hi Hans,
I don't understand this either.  Can you use the "Write Settings to ASCII 
file" 
under Options / Full Configuration, attach the file to an EMail message and 
send it to me.  I'll give it a try here and see if it's workign correctly 
(eliminate things one step at a time until we have a solution).
