If ever really. It is the doctor the patient depends upon to cure of his ailment
and that dependence makes the doctor about the only one who bedside manner
is really effective from the patient's point of view.
Sometimes nurses can help in that regard, but essentially it is the doctor.
No one else qualifies really.
