I can't help with the current problem (i think a "sleep 1" between the toss and
scan run wouldn't help) but i recommend to be more verbose with the lock file
name.

If you see a "lock" file you have no idea what it locks. If you see a
"husky.lock" file you would know it's the one to delete if there is trouble
with husky. Usually you need those help after years of normal operation and
when you forgot what your configuration does.
