 Definitely.  I think this person is one of those who rung up Rod Fewster and 
 wrote obscene names protesting against him shutting up the FREQ scene on his 
 board.  ie Everything for Everyone and Bugger the Cost.

 I sometimes wonder if the WWW was designed by a conglomerate of all the 
 large ISPs in an effort to drag more money out of the consumer.  Frankly I 
 like shell accounts.
