what kind of "syncing" between binkd and binkleyterm is
necessary? they both operate on the same outboxes and use the same
semaphores... what am i missing? i keep binkd and frontdoor tied together
and that's quite a bit more difficult than binkd and binkleyterm since FD
uses a totally different methodology and intertask/interprocess signalling
scheme...
