It was a good example of the bumbling idiocy of Bush & Co. If he
thought it necessary to quote anyone's speech, I am sure they could have
chosen some else's
that would have given the same flavor. Instead the idiots had to choose
Eisenhower's even though its wording was impolitic in the present
situation. So the dummies mangled Eisenhower's speech to get around that
problem. How dumb can
you get?
