A very minor fix for multi-line operation and starting the mailer from a
Telnet front-end server such as Net2BBS or Zoob Telnet Server.

NOTE: When D'Bridge is using the NetFOSS driver by PC-Micro, it should be
      called with the "/x" parameter for X00-compatible FOSSIL operation.

Split-screen chat via. the IZE protocol may not function correctly over
the Telnet protocol.
