I watched the LEDs on both devices when I turned on the UPS and
noticed that the DSL Modem occasionally will blink the Activity
LED, but the Router Link/Act. LEDs for the WAN and the Port this
computer is connected to blink frantically for a Minute or two
before calming down and remaining lit.

I have learned if I wait for those 2 Router LEDs to stay on and
then turn on the XP computer, that when I see the Limited Users
Account Desktop the Local Area Connection icon on the Taskbar
doesn't have the Red X over it.

The Repair button on the Local Area Connection Support Tab is
Greyed Out unless I used a Administrator Users Account when I
first use the computer, and I'd rather use the Limited account,
so I wait a minute or two.

Another thing I noticed is when I do turn on the computer the
LEDs on the Router blink OFF and back ON.

I guess it does what it does, I just can't find any info in the
Routers .PDF manual about the Start Up Phase.
