Hi Sondra.  The home hospice programs sound good.  Perhaps some Canadian
communities have such a program, but it's not general.  Now would not be
a good time to try to put them in place here, as the trend is to cut
government health-care spending, and home health care seems to take a
beating every time there's a round of cuts.  Maybe we'll have home
hospice care at some point in the next century.
