Hi George,
Thanks for confirming my suspicion that this unit is around 8 years old
& would likely have limited RAM, 256 or 384 MiB, plus a possible problem
of recognizing an HDD > 6 GiB. I will ask her to get the model &
series number from the unit, but she is away for 2 weeks & the so-called
technical chap may or may not respond to any request for information
from me. However, I will pass on your input for her perusal... thanks.
