On 14 Apr 04 12:48:34, Ward Dossche got back to Maurice Kinal -> Re: "The Man Who Would Be King" WD> John "Houston" as a director made only 1 movie: 'Nuliajuk: Mother of WD> the Sea Beasts" in 2001. Believe me ... you don't want to see it. It sounds like it would have been good fodder for MST3K. WD> John "Huston" however made beautiful films such as "The Africa Queen", WD> "The Maltese Falcon", "The Treasure of the Sierra Madre" and ... "The WD> Man who would be King". They're all on file here. WD> He also made "Annie" ... probably needed the money then. I didn't know he did _Annie_. WD> BTW, any movie with Sean Connery in it (save the James Bond stuff) is WD> quality. Even a shitty movie with Connery becomes good after all. I agree with that, except for the James Bond roles. He was the epitome of the Ian Flemming movies. Only Pierce Brosnan comes close to playing the role properly. And, I still like the ironic title of _Never Say Never Again_! ...
