30% = "occasional"?  After you complaining for so long about the
Spirit being useless because of the "many" (= 10%) failed calls?
Yeah, right.  Oh, and I was having problems with 2 other modems
as well, a Spirit Thunder and a Netcomm, in case you hadn't 
noticed, not just Rod's Supra.  BFN.  Paul.
