With all due respect, Karen, you are talking to a man capable of holding
two wildly-disparate ideas at the same time. The first is that you can
reject the Magisterium and still be a Catholic, and the second being that
such a person is somehow morally able to overturn the teachings of the
Church.
My experience is that such people are impervious to logic.
