Thanks for the info, Paul. I placed an order (for the wrong name, as it now
turns out) at a very good SF bookshop here in Canberra called Gaslight
Books. They have been very good in the past at tracking things down, or at
least knowing why they can't be tracked down, so perhaps I'll have
something to report eventually.
