I'll never forget a jr. high teacher telling us that there were no unbiased
newspapers closer than St. Louis (the Post-Dispatch). For years, I had to
take him at his word that a newspaper published 250 miles away was the
closest I would ever come to reading unbiased reporting.

I later learned that he was wrong.
