It is interesting that for some time it was claimed by just about everyone,
including leaks from the administration, that both the CIA and the State
Dept. expressed strong doubts about the intelligence coming from Chalabi
concerning WMD and only the DoD favored it.

Then Woodward claimed in his book that Tenet assured Bush that Iraq had WMD
and ever since what had been said previously has been ignored and Tenet has
been given the blame.  Seems to me that there seems to be a preference to
believe Woodward almost no matter what he says. I find that not a little
odd.
