I have already mentioned when they withdrew as mentioned in the media reports.

Yes, that is correct, there were contractors involved. But they were not
CIA obviously.

The only current thing is the Senate Intelligence Committee's report, some
of which has already been leaked. That report, plus the report of the
appointed independent committee, is extremely critical of the CIA. The
administration badly needs a fall guy and Tenet is the most likely one and
most willing, no doubt. This is not the first time he has fallen on his
sword at Bush's bidding. Getting rid of him tends, they hope, to defuse
some of the criticisms in the reports as they become public.
