That kind of sophism is not conducive to any logical debate.  The West Bank
and Gaza are NOT the American southwest.  For one thing, very few Mexican
Americans WANT to be ruled by Mexico -- and they all have full civil rights
and protection under the Constituion.

In fact, if you went into a Mexican-American neighborhood and insinuated
that they are NOT loyal American citizens, they'd run you out.

Now if the Palestinians WANTED to be ruled by Israel, and if Israel would
grant them full citizenship, he'd have a point -- ask him why Israel
doesn't do that.
