Has anyone got an updated .INF file for the USR Courier v.34+?

The Courier .INF file that comes with Win95 supports the Courier v.34
(but not the v.34+) so Win95 comms apps (e.g. dial-up networking,
Hyperterm, Qmodem Pro for Win95) do not report connect speeds above
28.8k correctly. Instead, the DTE speed is reported. 28.8 (and below)
connects are reported correctly.
