Oh course they did Geo.....they just ummmmmm picked up the techniques from
the ummmmm civilians who were ummmmm hanging about the prison &
ummmmmmmm offering helpfull tips....

How lucky those MI & "civilians" got on so well & seemed
to know each other & indeed seemd to have read the same books of
"intense interrogation techniques".

Next Gene will be saying that there've never been any CIA ummmm
civilians....at Guantanamo either....nope they just put em on the plane at
Bagram & wished them a bon voyage.
