UTC+6 here this morning.  I suppose the majority of the people wanted DST.

I didn't get into the DOS part of it because at the time, I was more
interested in the BASIC functions it used.  Very similar to IBM or MS BASIC
and I had only that one Amiga BASIC program to convert.
