Hi, I am going to butt in here with a query. When I get my ECS system
installed and running again,I want to go to a RAID array, from the
built-in SATA controillers on the mobo.My question is this: I have two
idemtical SATS11 drives,one is completele blamk,never used;the otheer
has data and volunes on it. How can I set up a raid array withouht
losing the data on the existing drive? In other words, does the drive
being inserted in the array have to have any special preperation? There
is not a hell of a lot of info out there about raid.
Thanks, and excuse the use of Ubunto.
