Kes will leave in next week's show. :(  She is going to start "resonating"
to a higher state of being and she'll take the ship with her if she doesn't
go... so she takes ANOTHER shuttlecraft...  they both disappear....
This state of being is where all Ocompans go when they die, but the
reason she has started early instead of at 9 years is never mentioned
in the script....  but she leaves!  (and she was gonna be one of the
doctors!!!)
