I thought I'd throw this up to see if anyone could give me a hand.  I make 
extensive use of the "projects" macro, and I also work in an environment 
where more than one user may want to edit the same file at the same time.  
Thus I have wanted to use the File locking feature in TSE 2.6.  The problem 
is that when file locking is turned on, the projects macro will not load my 
project from the command line.
Anyone have any ideas why projects is confused by the file locking option?
