This seems like a safe place (for foreigners at least), a lot of security
guys everywhere and doors that you have to ask to be opened. Apparently
foreign people (money) is extremely welcome here, so they are trying hard
to make it easy to come & stay.

No fun in sight, though, it's work work work... :-(
