I didn't do either, and yet for the first time a composed message from
my and others non-yahoo email account returned with html formatting
after the end of the message to my non-yahoo email account instead of
the yaphooey text advertisements I was used to. And others confirmed my
message header said I sent in 7 bit text.

Except that yahoo appends html to the non-formatted text email if I
don't have the "Do not convert" option checked. It was until a couple
days ago, when was reset to yaphooey defaults.
