 Bull, so if a gun shop guy sales a guy a gun and he goes on a
 murderous rampage it's the gun shop guys  fault?   People do
 stuff differently, some people would take the source and study, and
 see how it works, others may add it to their collection, and some
people might screw up alot of computers. It's only the Guy who commits
the crimes fault, not the guy who gave him the gun/code. But only if
you suspect the guy will use it for wrong doing should the Guy be
charged.
