You might have better luck searching for Kurt Saxon/Atlan in Lexis.
I recall that they did stand court action. And the Anarchist's contained a
lot of 'rip-off' of the above author's 'Poor Man's James Bond' series, his
'Granddad's Wonderful Book of Chemistry', and his 'Survivalist' series.
The above author is alive and still publishing.
