Meaningless projection. Votes for local councils cannot be accurately translated
into results in a national election probably a year from now.  Actually,
they are not trying to do that, but rather showing that Labour has, as
expected, taken a drubbing in local elections and what that might mean if
followed in a national election, rather than predicting that it will happen
in a national election.
