No not at all. I'm not making any assumptions about individuals. The
assumption is that torture will result in information you would not
otherwise have gotten.

In answer to the question of innocents, the logic behind it is the same
logic that allowed the bombing of innocents in Hiroshima in order to end
the war. IE, how badly do you want to end the war?
