subject: Re: [OS2HW] Re: [OS2-ISP]: Wireless NICS - quick question

Hello
It seems to me that any interference would be avoided by MAC address and =
all the other unique names and numbers in any network device. If interfere=
nce were a problem it seems to me we'd all have to have dedicated routers f=
or each wifi nic. So though I don't know the definitive answers I believe =
this applies since it had to be built in to the most basic design of wirele=
ss networking... Hell, even wired networking, to some extent. Even so-call=
ed collisions in overly simple wired routers only slow things down a bit an=
d that's really only likely on fairly large intranets with numerous worksta=
tions. If this is a home network of a handful of stations, I wouldn't worr=
y too much though I expect you'll want to hear some more direct answers bef=
ore you plunk down hard-earned dough.
