Think about that for a minute.  China has been a nuclear power for almost
40 years now -- and hasn't nuked anyone.

Why?

For the same reason we and Russia haven't used nuclear weapons in our
disputes -- Mutual Assured Destruction.  China is ALREADY covered by MAD.
She knows a nuclear attack would result in massive retaliation.

She already does -- and the proof is, although she's been a nuclear power
for some 40 years, she's never used nukes.

Remember, the aim is not to force nations to give up their nukes -- the
objective is to convince them (and their non-nuclear neighbors) that it
would be suicide to use them.

China is already convinced.
